Shipping
All orders ship from Dallas, Texas, USA within 1–2 business days of cleared payment.
Raw single cards are secured in penny sleeves and toploaders with reinforced protection. Graded slabs are protected in slab sleeves with structured packaging. Sealed products are packaged with appropriate protective materials based on size and fragility.
Orders are shipped fully insured with tracking. Signature confirmation is available upon request. All orders totaling $500 or more require signature confirmation at delivery.
Packages may ship in bubble mailers or boxes depending on order value and contents.
International Shipping
At this time, we are shipping within the United States only.
International expansion is coming soon. If you are located outside the U.S. and are interested in purchasing, please contact us directly at sales@windfallcards.com or via Instagram @windfallcards to discuss availability and shipping options.
All international orders are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Returns
Due to the collectible and vintage nature of our inventory, all sales are final.
Please review listing photos and descriptions carefully prior to purchase. If you believe you received the wrong item or your order arrived with damage not disclosed in the listing, please contact us at sales@windfallcards.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
